Project: MOMS ::Alisha::

Alisha and I were in contact over a year ago about doing some pictures for this project. We never were able to get a date that matched up, then her and her family ended up moving away from Wichita for a bit.  When they moved back, we re-ignited the conversation, and finally made it happen!  Alisha is a creative, and she is so good at what she does! I admire her artistry in a lot of ways.  She suggested yoga and dancing with her kids to be photographed, and I loved the idea. I appreciated her patience and playfulness with her kids as they climbed all over her like little puppies wanting the most of their mommy’s attention. Songs like, “Brick House” and “Happy” blared from their speakers as the 3 of them danced around the living room and participated in yoga stretches.
